A lot has happened recently at Hidden Hollow. Last evening (July 5th), Hidden Hollow received FDP1B approval from the Planning Commission. The last step for approval on FDP1B will come during the upcoming July 17th Town Council meeting. If approved, building permits are all that stand in the way of beginning to construct 8 town home units and 55 multi family units. With an anticipated fall start on building construction, housing units should be ready for occupancy next summer of 2018.
Equipment is currently on site at Hidden Hollow as we begin site and road work. Additionally, wetland mitigation and enhancement is underway.
