On April 19th, the Hidden Hollow Team received approval by the Jackson Hole Planning Commission on the FDP 1A application. It was a unanimous 4-0 vote. Hidden Hollow will again be on the Town Council agenda on May 15th. If approved, all permits will be in place to begin grading, installing underground utilities and start the construction of roads in June.
The FDP 1B application has also been submitted for approval. Pending approval, building permits may be available as early as August allowing Hidden Hollow to break ground on the multi-family units and town-houses. Additionally, lots for the Single Family homes may be available as early as August.
