The Hidden Hollow project recently received approval on their sketch plan from the Jackson Town Council. This approval is a large step forward for the project. The sketch plan consists of 13 single-family homes, 20 town houses and 135 apartments. There are a total of 168 units and 27 of those will be salary-restricted for individuals earning less than 120 percent of the local median income of $103,000 for a family of four or $72,000 for an individual.
